Does this count toward my Colorado CE requirement?
Yes. Three hours of continuing education credit, and Bo reports it to DORA on your behalf. You do not need to do anything after class.
I've been licensed for years. Is this too basic?
Experienced agents tend to get the most out of it. Most have built a process by trial and error and have never had anyone show them a complete one. Bo regularly hears from twenty-year veterans who took notes the entire three hours.
Is this a contracts class?
No. This picks up where a contracts class ends. It is about what you do once the contract is signed, in what order, and with whom.
What do I actually walk away with?
The transaction sheet, the under-contract checklists for both the listing and the buyer side, and the email templates Bo uses every day. They are yours to keep and use on your next file.
What if something comes up and I can't attend?
While there are no refunds, you can reach out to Bo directly to rebook for one of her later classes.
